The Design Master Senshi Mangajukuu (Japanese: 電子 漫画 塾, Hepburn: Denshi manga juku) (Simply called as “Denshi Manga Juku”) is a touchscreen handheld game console developed by Bandai and released in Japan on 1995 during the fifth generation of video game consoles.
(OK, I know that's not a lot of information on the device, but this device is so obscure, the English Wikipedia page includes more text on how the article is incomplete than article text! Still, that's better than the Japanese Wikipedia page, which doesn't exist...)
