This is the 4K60 (not AI) upscale of the 640x480 .sfd second of two similar Japanese lineup trailers for the Nintendo DS system itself that was included in the Gekkan Nintendo Tentou Demo 2004-2005 Nenmatsunenshi-gou GameCube demo disc.

This was ripped from the disc itself alongside all the other .sfd trailers in a singular .tgc file. I used a cmd function to change the tgc file into a .gcm file, and then used GCIT to open said .gcm file to extract all the .sfd files from it.

As with any .sfd file, I converted the file into an audio-less .mkv (optional, I just prefer it over .mp4) file with Handbrake, and using the SFD to MPG Converter, I was able to get the audio as an .mp3 (all seem to be 192kbps) and .wav file. This time I'm opting for the .mp3 file as I guess it's the most "true" file (.wav is lossless but much bigger and I'm curious if it's even factually better?).

Anyway I merged the two with Avidemux, changed the res to 640x528 (which is the proper res/aspect ratio according to the Dolphin emulator), then added 32px black bars on the left and right side as 704x528 (so a proper 4:3 aspect ratio), then finally upscaled it to 2880x2160, then doubled the framerate to 59.94fps (for better bitrate allowance on YouTube when I don't deinterlace videos which up the framerate to 60fps anyway). And here's the result!

Here's both the original raw .sfd file (in a ZIP file), as well as a ready to play .mkv version that's as close of a 1:1 conversion as possible:
