Our guest speaker is Dr. Bharule Shreyas Pramod Vijaya — Senior Scientist (Urban), LocationMind Inc., Tokyo. Dr. Bharule works on project development for location evidence-based impact on urban-regional planning and development.

He is also a Registered Architect and a Lifetime member of the Council of Architecture India, Registered Planner, and an Associate member of Institute of Town Planners India, Associate Coordinator, Concept of Complete Religion (CCR), IIT Kharagpur, India.
