Push to have physician assistants operate in B.C. intensifies
The ongoing health-care crisis is leaving doctors and nurses feeling burned out, and is leading to longer wait times for patients. To help ease the burden, health-care advocates are urging the province to hire physician assistants. But as Yasmin Gandham reports, they're not allowed to operate in B.C.
