This is a video tutorial about how to get advantage of Blender's internal renderer's "clouds" texture for creating the illusion of fast moving ( changing ) clouds in a memory and processing power efficient way. This technique is ideal for all situations where the need for realism doesn't come at the first place.
Please keep in mind that for the purposes of this tutorial we used Blender's internal renderer but, with some minor modifications, the very same technique should work with Cycles renderer equally well.
Also, keep in mind that for longer rendering you could create a "cyclic" animation of an "inflating" and "deflating" clouds object, then extrapolate this animation through using the relative function in the animation editor, thus effectively creating a "non-stop moving clouds effects"
