Improve your lighting in Blender with IES lamps! IES lights are a great way to improve your lighting in Cycles. IES files are free and easy to use. In this tutorial, I will show you how to download an IES lamp and use it in Blender. IES files are created by manufacturers of real-world lights and can be used to distribute light in Blender (Cycles). They unfortunately don't work with Eevee.
