HOW TO CREATE, POPULATE, AND VALIDATE ACTIVE DIRECTORY SECURITY GROUPS | WINDOWS 11, 10, SERVER 2019
In this video we will take a look at creating, populating, and verifying security groups in Microsoft Windows Active Directory.
We will be working with a Windows Server 2019 Domain Controller and one instance of Windows 10, as well as one instance of Windows 11. I'll show you how to create a security group and how to add users to the group.
Once we have the group populated, I explain how to verify group membership from the end user device.
As usual, I sprinkle in pro tips here and there.
