Scrippelle 'mbusse is a typical Italian dish from Abruzzo. Together with Tarallucci it is a symbol of the region's cuisine, which is still relatively unknown in the US. New York restaurant group Tarallucci e Vino is one of the few places in the city where you can experience these and other niche Italian culinary specialties. We paid a visit to their Upper West Side venue.
