How to Build The Apprehension Engine #23 - Installing the Reverb Tank
This is part 23 of building the apprehension engine (nightmare machine). The horror musical instrument created by Mark Korven and created by guitar maker Tony Duggan-Smith. We will be installing the Reverb Tank.
This instrument makes some great Dark Ambient sounds.
All measurements are in Metric but you can also follow along in Imperial measurements.
Parts used.
Contact Piezo Pickups with volume and balance knobs
Reverb Tank (two spring) Long 2 Spring Long Decay
Reverb tank model (4FB3A1A). $23.50 USD

Reverb tank is 16.25 inches but you can use a smaller one but you will need to fit it in the larger gap.
Drill
Drill bit (to size)
Ruler
Pencil
Spade drill bit (if needed).
