How to export emails in a PST format from the Office 365 Admin portal!

1. Sign in to Office 365 Admin Center as an Admin and go to Security - Permissions - Roles
2. Go to eDiscovery Manager and make sure the Export rule is assigned
3. Go back to Compliance - Content Search - New Search
4. Choose the Name and Description
5. Enable Exchange mailbox and save the rule
6. Wait until the search is done
7. Press Action - Export Results and export the files
8. Go to Export and wait until the results will be ready to download
9. Copy the key to the clipboard and press download results
10. Press open the file, insert the code choose the location, and start
It's important to run the procedure on Microsoft Edge otherwise you will get errors during the download!
