Below are the steps to create a free logo without Photoshop for your business or personal project.
#1) Find a free graphic as the framework of your logo.

#2) Select a free online photo editor, I chose Pixlr which has a very similar layout to Photoshop that I am familiar with.

#3) Upload JPG of your free logo graphic, erase the text and add new Text with the Pixlr type tool.
I chose a common font, Arial Black, which closely matches the Google font used in my Photoshop logo creation video below:

#4) Create a rectangular box to contain the 2nd line of text
