GoLang Review: 1 Year & 1 Shipped SAAS Later - Was it Worth the Hype?
Today I wanted to break down my experience with Go and answer the question, is it worth the hype and should you use it? A little under a year ago I starting using Go for the first time, and have taken it to production. My company insiderviz uses Go for most of our backend work, and I wanted to give it an honest review.
We use Go for CRON jobs, REST apis, data aggregation, and XML parsing.
