🎦 Video Description
These are my steps for a clean SAP Business One reinstall. If you are having .DMP crashes this can help, if your add-ons are stuck this video will help, even for new installations.

Detailed Steps:

1. Uninstall SAP Business One components from Control Panel \\ Programs and Features
a. SAP Business One Client (32-bit) or (64-bit)
b. SAP Business One Client Agent
c. SAP Business One DI API (32-bit) or (64-bit)
d. SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework (32-bit) or (64-bit)
2. Delete folders:
a. C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One or C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One
b. C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Client Agent or C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Client Agent
c. C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API or C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API
d. C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects or C:\Program Files\SAP BusinessObjects
3. Click Start \\ Run and type %temp% and then "OK"
4. Delete all files from Temp especially "SM_OBS_DLL"
5. Delete profile folders (replace *YOUR WINDOWS USER* with your own Windows username):
a. C:\Users\**YOUR WINDOWS USER**\AppData\Local\SAP
b. C:\Users\**YOUR WINDOWS USER**\AppData\Roaming\SAP
6. (OPTIONAL) Install FREE CCleaner version from: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/dow...
a. Select "Registry" tab
b. Click "Scan for Issues"
c. Click "Fix Selected Issues..."
d. Save registry backup to the default folder
e. Click "Fix All Selected Issues"
f. Uninstall CCleaner
8. Find your install files: \\**YOUR SAP SERVER**\B1_SHR\Client (you can find this name in another working SAP Business One client on the "Choose Company" screen) (leave folder on B1_SHR)
9. Right-click setup.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
10. Use default options, click "Next"
11. If prompted for "SLD Server Name" simply enter your SAP server name (just the name same as the reference for the B1_SHR server). If you can't connect check that you can get to the Control Panel and that Windows Firewall is not on.
12. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf or C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf
13. Edit "b1-local-machine.xml", preferably in Notepad
14. CTRL + H or "Find and Replace" the word localhost with the name of your SAP Server (same as B1_SHR and DI API)
15. Save to Desktop
16. Move back into and overwrite the original file in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf or C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One DI API\Conf
17. Run SAP Business One as administrator
18. Use the dropdown to find your SQL version
19. Use the dropdown to find your server
20. Select your company and enter your username and password to login
21. Wait for add-ons to install, follow the prompts
22. On brand new SAP installs it's worth installing SQL Native Client 2012. Or if the user ever reports running a Crystal Report and getting the SQL login prompt screen, this will resolve that issue.
23. Download SQL Native Client 2012 here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downl...
24. Install the downloaded file and verify Crystal Reports is working.
22. Make sure you can login to the company properly and you're done!
