Please note that Carly offer a free version of the app which has limited features, however to get the most out of the adapter you will need to purchase the 1 year subscription via the website. If you use it multiple times a year, you can easily get your moneys worth!
Also, its worth noting that I also have a K+DCAN Cable along with Ista D, NCS Expert etc and Carly just makes it so much easier, coding features in seconds and thus eliminating the need for a windows laptop too. Many people also seem to think Carly is bricking their car, however thats not the case - Coding carries the same risk wether you use a cable or a bluetooth adapter and these problems arise when people remove the adapter midway through coding or code multiple items at one time.
