How to Craft a Budget Element Claw | PoE
I decided it was time for a Claw upgrade, but wow they were expensive! This is how I crafted a new Budget Elemental Claw for my Spectal Helix build saving many Divine Orbs in Path of Exile Lake of Kalandra ( PoE 3.19 )
