In this Dispersion Effect tutorial, I will teach you how to create the popular effect of a person disintegrating into a particle cloud. After trying different techniques, I found that having the right brushes is what makes or breaks the effect. So I created some custom ones and am including those with this lesson.
In addition to the dispersion effect, I will also teach you how to color grade and punch up the final image.
