Windows 11 with Vista Boot Screen!
Here is a tutorial to get the Windows Vista startup screen on Windows 11 using the command prompt as admin. The following command enables it:
bcdedit -set {default} graphicsmodedisabled yes
And to revert back to the original Windows 11 boot screen, just type the same command above except replace 'yes' with 'no'.
