Dragon Ball - Bulma and Krillin Underwater
From classic Dragon Ball, episodes 51 and 52. Bulma and Krillin dive underwater to escape General Blue.
I love this scene, partly because Bulma, despite being the token muggle of the gang by this point, is still able to hold her breath for minutes on end while swimming. That is insanely impressive.
