OKR Board is a great tool for Objective Based Planning. Have you ever been annoyed by you boss asking over and over again if you've done this or that? Yeah, I hated it too. That's why I've always been preaching that managing people by objectives (and hiring the right people to begin with) is the better way. OKR Board allows you to do that smoothly, with all the right elements in place (Objectives, Key Results, Traceability, Roadmap, and several different levels of Objectives, Workspaces and Groups.
