454gram plain flour
225 gram lard
1/2 pint cold water
pinch of salt
Filling
600gram Sausage meat of your choice.
4 eggs
1x Egg for glazing
Bake at 175 oC for 45 mins, turn oven to 185 oC and bake for a further 10 mins or until baked through.
