The LG SM9970 is a great tv featuring an 8k display with outstanding motion handling, excellent low input lag and exceptional upscaling capabilities. In this video, we compare it to the Q900R; Samsung’s 2019 flagship 8k tv. This TV features Samsung’s extra optical layer, the Ultra Viewing Angle, which is a technology that allows panels to have excellent viewing angles, at the cost of a lower contrast ratio. With good 8k content handling, this is sure to be a good comparison between the two resolution giants.
