Hello my dear simmers. Today you are watching The Sims 4 speed build using the latest "Industrial loft kit". I am building an Industrial penthouse inspired by the latest kits we got in The Sims4. This is a version of the industrial style loft house on top of the building we have in the City Living pack called Sun Myshuno. This penthouse is designed for one boy or one couple. It has three floors, swimming pool, bar, jacuzzi, ping pong and much more. With this new Kit I also used a base game kitchen. Packs that go perfectly with this new Kit are Journey to Batoo, Base game, Eco life style, City Living, Moschino, Get together and many others I've used tool mod as well by TwistedMexi. And you will see lot of custom furniture with TOOL mod.
