Don't see many people actually using the Flamesprayer during this fight but it sure does the trick. So if you are having a hard time with Vicar Amelia be sure to try it out.

The flamesprayer can be aquired by talking to Gilbert right next to the Central Yharnam lamp post after you have killed Father Gascoigne.
