Step. 1 :- Collection Id :- chat
Step 2 :- Fields to index :-
1 :- not_deleted_identities --- Array
2 :- time --- Descending
Step 3 :- Query Scope select collection
And then tap on Create index button and wait 2/3 minutes for status is enable
