The Taliban have captured Afghanistan as the Afghan President fled the country. In worrying news for India, China on Monday said it is willing to develop "friendly relations" with the Taliban.

Moreover, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has dubbed it as "breaking the chains of slavery."
