Grenfell inquiry: What next for the building industry?
Following the report into the grenfell tower fire, the government has promised to take on the inquiry's recommendations to improve fire safety - but it's also committed to a major housebuilding drive.
However, construction firms are warning if new regulation isn't carefully implemented it could slow down their work and put the government's target at risk as Sky's Tom Clarke reports.
