Have a 2021+ 12.6" CRACKED Rear Seat Entertainment on your Yukon, Escalade, Tahoe, or Suburban?
We are seeing a huge increase in failures of these infotainment screens. The seats are positioned in a way where its very very easy to crack from normal use.
Of course, this failure happens when you are just outside of warranty. The dealer will present you with a $1200+ bill to replace the complete rear seat display.
However- you can replace only the cracked glass part rather than the entire display.
We now offer an upgraded screen design that uses thicker laminated glass compared to the original design that should resist impact better . In addition, we use a special smooth touch matte glass to make it easy to see.
With our upgraded screen LCD panel, you can reuse the expensive internal parts of your display unit and save a lot of money instead of buying a new complete unit. Only the glass is cracked- so we are only replacing that part.
If you don't want to replace the glass yourself, you can order the mail in service here and you will receive an email UPS shipping label to send the unit in for repair (USA Only). We will install the new screen and mail it back to you within 2-4 business days.
