Most of the time I take about 15 minutes in finishing Hospital, and 10 minutes to finish Crack-A-Book tower as a solo stealth player.
In these two buildings the density of zombies is low, there are not many traps or dangerous areas. Paths are simple, no secret rooms or challenges in navigation. Perfect two building for a starter.
