Hello friends, In this video I am showing you how to solve ‘Waiting For Download’ problem in play store .
You have to complete 3 steps one by one
Step - 1
CLEAR LOCAL SEARCH HISTORY
Open play store / settings / clear all local search history
Step - 2
STOP ALL INSTALL PENDING APPS AND CLEAR RECENT PLAY STORE LIBRARY
Open play store / my apps and games / stop all process / go to library / ( × ) delete some recent apps from library
Step - 3
UPDATE YOUR GOOGLE CARRIER SERVICES AND PLAY SERVICES
Update CARRIER SERVICES

Update PLAY SERVICES

Now open your play store and try to install a new application
Although not in it then clear all data of google play store and UNINSTALL the UPDATE ( you wouldn't lose nothing )
