After the delay Railgun T is finally back! aaaaaaaaaaand next week is delay again..... oh well! Pretty cool kinda slow episode but it's build up which I don't mind since I really feel something big is coming :D just that title for next episode :O anyway enjoy this one and I'll prob be back in 2 weeks, we'll see if I can find something to edit for next week!
