A 5-day challenge for kids to help them burn belly fat and strengthen their core!
Today's workout will challenge our kids to do this routine for 5 days, without interruption! They'll have to work their core to burn as much fat as possible and strengthen it to improve their balance. The routine has 5 burst of energetic movements followed by standing exercises to challenge kids' balance and ends with more challenging mat exercises to test core strength. With this 5-day exercise plan the little ones can get a super flat tummy and a strengthened core, which will increase their balance and help them move better!
