It was accidentally cut out and I'm out of town so I can't add it back to the video, but another good 4* option is Fleuve Cendre Ferryman from fishing. It is a bit like Festering Desire, but even more Energy Recharge at the cost of elemental skill DMG % bonus.

Fleuve Cendre Ferryman - Increases Elemental Skill CRIT Rate by 16%. Additionally, increases Energy Recharge by 32% for 5s after using an Elemental Skill.

Also her ER requirements are slightly lower now.. at 60 cost instead of 70.... Which makes the Festering Desire even better by comparison 😥
