Building A Vulnerable Machine: Planning
The beginning of a new series on building vulnerable machines mostly inspired by the variety I saw in the OSCP labs. In this video will be doing the Planning phase of the machine build.
The technologies and services we will be using for the first machine will be:
FTP, SSH, Apache2
Misconfigured Binaries
From the first machine you will learn how to automate machine builds with vagrant; configure FTP, SSH and Apache2. You will also learn how to basic binary exploitation and SUID binary exploitation.
It's a lot to unpack, but it will be fun.
