RAM Pressure is Free to Play! a tactical story-driven online multiplayer game combining the turn-based combat of X-COM with a deep, well-grounded sci-fi setting. Experience intense tactical online multiplayer action and explore a deep plot and unique storyline built on both single-player and multiplayer missions. Join clans and take part in a complex alliance system. The goal is to establish contact with any surviving alien beings and uncover the factors that led to the extinction of their civilization. To succeed, you will need to equip and customize your soldiers. Upgrade your weapons and armor from a massive selection of 100 guns and 10 weapon classes – including high-tech and alien weapons. Customize your characters with 12 classes and 160 skills. Procedurally-generated maps, day and night missions, and changing weather conditions. Destructible buildings and environments. And like I said it will be Free to Play game - that is as good as bad - everyone should decide for themselves. For me, it is bad because it clearly means that there will tons of microtransactions and other bullshit that will cost us in total much more than several triple-A titles, however, nobody is forced to pay and everyone will be able to download and try it for free, kinda, because even now on their webpage we can claim 3 different packages - one for Free, one for 19$ and one for 40$. The difference is in resource packs that come with those packages and I suspect that those resources will help a lot. Release date is somewhere in 2020.
