PC Arkham Knight - Runs pretty Smooth on my system - Whats the big Fuss?

Go to Installation folder of the game.
Navigate to Batman Arkham Knight\BmGame\ Config\BmSystemSettings.ini
Locate "MaxFPS=30″ and change it to whatever you want.
The game also has a seriously of intro movies that can be bothersome after starting the game multiple times. There is a simple trick to remove them though, by simply deleting or renaming the following files StartupMovie and StartupMovieNV from Steam\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Movies folder.

Once you have disabled the frame rate cap, you have to tweak the in-game motion blur as well, since it is considered a hit on performance. To do so, you need to open the same ini file that you edited for removing the frame rate cap and change the following values.

MotionBlur=True
AllowRadialBlur=False
MotionBlurSkinning=0
MobilePostProcessBlurAmount=0.0
