Hey guys! HyRoolLegend coming at you guys with another video of Cookie Run Kingdom. With Butter Roll Cookie & Caramel Choux Cookie's release, I am updating the PVP/Arena Tier List to show the changes within the "Meta." The arena teams are expanding right now, and there is no one "ABSOLUTE BEST COMP," but it would be good to know who you might want to invest in or stop investing in.
