Here's how I make a time lapse video with photos from a GoPro Hero3 Black edition using Adobe Premiere Pro CC. I show how to import the photos into Premiere, set them up on a timeline or sequence, then apply effects and resizing before exporting to video for YouTube. The result is a video of a storm blowing in over the peaks of Mineral Springs Mountain in western North Carolina.
