All ingredients for the test should be at room temperature!
Ingredients:
2 medium eggs
150 gr. sugar
200 gr. fat cottage cheese
200 gr. butter
+/- 500 gr. wheat flour
10 gr. baking powder (2 tsp.)
Zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange
Vanilla, a pinch of salt
Optional spices
Fillers to taste:
150 gr. raisins
60 gr candied fruit (orange/melon)
40 gr dried cherries
90 gr. nuts (almonds/hazelnuts)
100 ml orange juice
(or 70 ml. rum/other alcohol)
50 gr. butter
100 gr. powdered sugar
