1- Go to File
2- Click on Option
3- Click on Formula
4- Scroll to "Working with formulas" block
5- Uncheck on R1C1 reference style ( If you would like to using Column heading is a number)
- Check on R1C1 reference style ( If you would like to using Column heading is a letters)
6- Click OK
7-Done.
