This beautiful creation of Jeremy Oertel combines the funk of Smith & Cross with the bitter notes of Campari to bring you a version of the Mai Tai that just might take the place of the original recipe as a fan favourite.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz / 45 ml Campari
3/4 oz / 22.5 ml aged Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
1/2 oz / 15 ml dry curacao
1 oz / 30 ml lime juice
3/4 oz / 22.5 ml orgeat
