In this video I search for the best cheap Fujifilm X100V alternative. The Fujifilm X100V has reached a level of hype that makes it very hard purchase one, especially for a decent price. There have been many alternative cameras proposed by photographers: The Fujifilm X-E4 or Fujifilm X-Pro 3 paired with the XF 27mm F2.8, or older X100 series models like the Fujifilm X100F, X100T, X100S, and X100. People even recommend the Leica Q, Leica Q2, Sony RX1R, or Zeiss ZX1 which are all much more expensive. The problem is, that these models now also have inflated prices, the original Fuji X100 is being sold for close to 600 dollars, despite it being over a decade old. Fortunately, there is one more alternative if you can look past the optical viewfinder the X-Pro 1, X-Pro 2, and X-Pro 3, and X100 series supply. The Fujifilm X-T30. Surprisingly, this is the most underrated Fujifilm camera right now. The X-T10 and X-T20 are legendary cameras but the X-T30 seems to be overlooked by many.
