The Great Mouse Detective is a 1986 American animated children's mystery film produced by Walt Disney Animation, based on Eve Titus' book series Basil of Baker Street. It follows a mouse who solves crimes in the tradition of the great literary detective Sherlock Holmes.

Felicia is a big fluffy cat under the command of the film's villain, professor Ratigan voiced by legendary actor Vincent Price, and a dangerous thing in a world of mice. Her meows and other sounds are provided by Frank Welker. Ratigan at one point punishes one of his lackeys, a bat named Fidget, by giving him to Falicia.
