To set up your Netgear Wifi Range Extender using WPS:
Step 1:- Turn on your extender.
Step 2:- Place your extender close to your WiFi router.
Step 3:- Plug your extender into an electrical outlet.
Step 4:- Wait for the Power LED on EX8000 to light green. For EX7500, wait for Power LED to light blue. If the EX8000 Power LED does not light, press the Power button.
Step 5:- Press the WPS button on the extender. For EX7500, hold for 3 seconds only.
The EX8000 WPS LED blinks white. EX7500 WPS LED blinks blue.
Step 6:- Within two minutes press the WPS button on your WiFi router.
Step 7:- Move your extender to a new location that is about halfway between your router and the area with a poor router WiFi signal.
