A simple recipe for a delicious berry roulade – tender, soft, thin dough, delicious butter cream, all complemented by a pleasant cranberry acidity.
Tip: instead of cranberries, you can use any other berries – fresh or frozen.
Products:
3 eggs large
100 gr. sugar
5 tablespoons milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Salt - pinch
1 teaspoon baking powder
120 gr. flour
Cream:
100 gr. soft butter
100 gr. powdered sugar
150 gr. sour cream 25-30%,
Vanillin at the tip of a knife (optional)
Berry puree:
3 tbsp cranberries (or other berries)
2 tbsp sugar
