Cameras and image sensors come in all shapes and sizes, resolutions, and configurations. This video explains the terminology of digital photography as well as the types of cameras and sensors used in basic and advanced imaging. Daylight, night vision and thermal imaging cameras are also explained. The video concludes with an Adafruit Mini Spy camera demonstration complete with setup and instructions on how to take still photographs and video.
