A super-easy workout for kids to help them develop stronger arms!

Arms are an important key to swimming, running, and cycling, for example. Having stronger arms can also make it easier to do other activities, as well as help improve mobility and fine motors skills. In this quick workout we've compiled the easiest standing arm exercises for the little ones. It starts with a simple stretching, followed by isolated arm exercises and a series of compound exercises. Despite using multiple muscles, kids will still find this exercise very easy to do. We'll do this in two sets.
