Our lifestyle these days are fueled by stress - we rush from one meeting to the next, sacrifice sleep and work late to meet deadlines. We're all familiar with the fact that high levels of chronic stress is bad for our health. So, what I'd like to share with you today is a counterintuitive approach to 'hack' stress -an approach I learned about from the book Upside of Stress by Kelly McGonigal.
