Public works pushes to have parliament repaired before end of term
Parliament's Public Works Committee has received an update on the reconstruction of the National Assembly building which was destroyed by a blaze in January 2022. Earlier this year, provisional costs for the rebuilding project were estimated at around 3-billion rand. Deputy Public Works and Infrastructure Minister, Sihle Zikala, says they've put all necessary measures in place to complete the process before the end of this Parliamentary term. #enca #dstv403
