PDF Viewer, Part-2, Android Studio Java 2025, No User Permission Needed for Read External Storage
PART - 2
In this video, I'm creating a simple PDF Viewer application using Java by Android Studio. To load the PDF file, I'm using ParcelFileDescriptor to skip user permission for Read_External_Storage or MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and getting file path even from Recent or Shortcuts folders of the Android File Explorer.
