Unlife is Strange - Vampyr - Trophy Guide
The main objective of this trophy is to bring the pot plant in your office at the Pembroke Hospital back to life.
To do this you'll need to find some pure water. You'll have to wait until chapter 4 until you can do this as it's in the West-End.
Once you have it, go back to your office in Pembroke Hospital and give it to the plant.
After that you're going to need to sleep for 3 nights using the bed in the office.
Once you've done that interact with the plant, which is nice and healthy now.
